Casting Call to appear in NBC’s ‘Chicago PD’ Season 7

Casting directors are now casting actors, models, and talent to work on scenes filming in Chicago, Illinois this Winter 2020. Producers are looking for a wide arrange of background actors, stand-ins, photo doubles and other acting jobs to work on the show. The series is currently in production in the Chicago area as are several other major TV shows and movies.

NBC’s Chicago PD centers on the Intelligence team located at the District 21 of the Chicago Police department. This team fights the city’s major offenses including organized crime, drug trafficking, and high profile murders.

“ASA ASSISTANT” – Seeking an African American male, 20s-30s, to play the personal assistant of the ASA (Assistant State’s Attorney). This person should be clean-cut and have a neat/professional appearance.
TESTING: Friday, 10/2 (TBD)
FITTING: Wednesday, 10/7
FILMING: Friday, 10/9
PAY RATE: $112/8 filming + $56 testing + $25 fitting

“SUPE ASSISTANT” – Seeking a Caucasian male, 20s-30s, to play the personal assistant of the Police Deputy Superintendent. This may become a recurring role, so the willingness and availability to return when needed is important. This person should be clean-cut and have a neat/professional appearance.
TESTING: Saturday, 10/10 (TBD)
FITTING: Wednesday, 10/14
FILMING: Friday, 10/16
PAY RATE: $112/8 filming + $56 testing + $25 fitting

“STRAY SHOT” – Seeking a Hispanic/Latina female, approximately 6-8 years old, to play a gunshot victim. Must be comfortable with SFX blood/makeup. You must have a non-expired Empire permit or a new Chicago PD permit. If you are in the process of obtaining a permit, you may still submit – but the permit will need to be produced before we can officially book you. Parents, since you will need to be with your child on set, in holding, at a wardrobe fitting (etc.), you will need to be tested as well.
AVAILABLE DATES: We’re still determining the dates for a fitting, still photos and filming, so we’re asking for flexible/open availability between Friday 10/2 and Tuesday 10/13. Please detail your availability during that window in your email submission.
PAY RATE: $150/8 filming (other pay bumps TBD based on scheduling/need)

“DAUGHTER” – Seeking a Hispanic/Latina female, approximately 7-8 years old. This role is to play the daughter of a couple for video surveillance footage. You must have a non-expired Empire permit or a new Chicago PD permit. If you are in the process of obtaining a permit, you may still submit – but the permit will need to be produced before we can officially book you. Parents, since you will need to be with your child on set, in holding, at a wardrobe fitting (etc.), you will need to be tested as well.
TESTING: Saturday, 10/10 (TBD)
FITTING: Tuesday, 10/13
FILMING: Thursday, 10/15
PAY RATE: $150/8 filming + $56 testing + $25 fitting

“LITTLE BROTHER” – Seeking a Hispanic/Latino male, approximately 9-11 years old. This role is to play a child who reacts startled/scared when the police enter the house quickly. More details about the scene will be provided to those who submit and fit the criteria. You must have a non-expired Empire permit or a new Chicago PD permit. If you are in the process of obtaining a permit, you may still submit – but the permit will need to be produced before we can officially book you. Parents, since you will need to be with your child on set, in holding, at a wardrobe fitting (etc.), you will need to be tested as well.

“CHICOS MALOS” – Seeking Hispanic/Latino males in their 20s-30s to play tough gang member types. We’re looking for rough around the edges, threatening, tattooed (a plus, but not mandatory), bigger/taller guys. Send us your best tough guy looks – this is a director picked role.
TESTING: Friday 10/02 (TBD)
FITTING: Tuesday 10/06 (if applicable)
FILMING: Thursday 10/08
