Louis Vuitton has a unique opportunity for a Seasonal Celebrity Assistant that will assist the VIP department in all daily tasks including sample standouts/returns/trafficking (both domestic and international), tracking press using DMR, creasing press reports and reviews, coordinating details for celebrity and influencer travel and processing and tracking invoices with AP department.
Based in New York, this role will assist in all aspects of the Celebrity Universe (RTW, Leathergoods, Shoes, Accessories & Watches) with a focus on sample trafficking and manage Fashion GPS celebrity sample inventory.
You will maintain a well-organized and properly merchandised archive while monitoring all sample arrivals and departures. You will also provide credit information to all publications across all media forms for celebrity credits and maintain store pull and gifting log.
Louis Vuitton has a unique opportunity for a Regional Events Manager based in our West Coast offices in Los Angeles. You will focus on the planning and execution of exceptional in-store and regional events, working closely with our store teams to drive client relations strategies and objectives for the Region.
We specifically seek a creative and proactive individual with depth of experience in strategic event planning and a keen understanding of luxury clientele. Using a hands on approach, you will assist with on-site execution, coordination, and support for store teams and external vendors during events while maintaining open communication during each project with internal partners. Louis Vuitton has an exciting opportunity based in New York City for a Client Relations Coordinator supporting the Private Client Relations and Client Actions teams of Louis Vuitton Americas. Reporting to the VP of Client Relations, this role will work with both teams on events and communications being sent out to our Retail teams regarding client events. With strong organizational skills, you will manage the logistics and research for our events with the appropriate teams including venues, décor, invitations, and event concepts. Additionally, you will assist with on-site support for local events when supplementary help is required and work with the Zone teams to determine which clients to target for specific events.
As someone who possesses strong computer skills, you will manage and track the budget log and maintain the Client Actions calendar. You will also be tasked with identifying cost savings and vendor management to ensure a positive relationship is maintained. Lastly, you will create timely recaps with event results to share with the teams and share tangible best practices for future opportunities.
