Viacom hired Ed Taylor as creative director of its British production house Elephant House Studios. Taylor previously was creative director at ITV Studios-owned label Potato.

Three promotions at 20th Century Fox TelevisionMariel Brooke to Vice President of Current Programming; Chetan Dave to VP, Comedy Development, and Jenna Dim to VP, Drama Development.

Television insights company TV Time appointed Cory Sher as Vice President of Sales. Previously, Sher served as VP of Global Business Development & Account Management, Media & Entertainment, for 7 Park Data.

Altice USA has expanded its leadership team with the additions of Chris Vacarro, Vice President Digital News, and Kristin Malaspina, VP, Marketing & Audiences. Vacarro was previously Director of Digital at the Topps Company, while Malaspina was VP of Distribution Marketing at Starz.

Matthew Borst was promoted from Director to Senior Director of Digital Strategy & Production at Viacom, moving into a cross-brand role across MTVVH1 and Logo.
